YOU WANTED TO KNOW…

Why did you choose to have Duff as a guest?
As I said at the start of the episode, I am an Ace of Cakes fan, but also I loved that he started his bakery in his apartment, just like so many entrepreneurs who watch and want to grow their service business or etsy shop or whatever from their kitchen table too.

How’d you get the interview?
I have a relationship with his publicist and he has a new show starting in November so it was a good fit.

Where was the interview?
At his apartment in Los Angeles

What was he like in person?
Great! Very chill and very fun and friendly.

Did anything go wrong?
That fish tank was loud and you can’t exactly turn it off like you can a fan, so that was a bit of an issue but it turned out okay!
