Each episode gives viewers a peek into a unique world; the many facets of the talented contestant’s business, challenges and goals. We’ll find out: how did they get where they are today? What have they had to overcome? What are their goals? Why? How will they achieve those goals? We’ll follow their journey throughout the series and see if they reach their big goal or not, how and what we can all learn from their journey. One contestant who goes above and beyond towards their goal will receive a cash prize at the end of the season.

Their ambitious goal is to fulfill their order for two bridal subscription boxes - that's 4,000 sashes! - create a marketing piece to go with each sash, and get their new site (or at least splash page) up with the goal of turning 25% of those Brides into customers. In just 8 weeks!
Irina has a growing make up business - that she's still running from her basement. Her airstream storefront is cute as can be, but can set up and prepare for a giant event in Salt Lake City, and bring in 20K extra in order to hire the staff she needs to keep up with brand growth?
