WHAT WE DO

We create and serve. We build businesses, write books, craft presentations, create solutions. We serve our clients, we listen to our customers, we create with our audience in mind. We vlog, we blog, we share. We listen, we learn, we innovate. We laugh often and love well. We dream big. We word hard at hard work worth doing. We go from elated to exasperated and depressed and ecstatic and confident to riddled with self-doubt, in a cycle, about every 3 hours.

WHY WE DO IT

Because we want to be intentional and design life for ourselves and our families on our own terms. Because we can’t imagine doing anything else. Because we have a giant vision no one else can see. Because we feel called to a mission and message. Because we know we can provide value. Because we can solve problems. Because we want to love our work. Because we want work to be fun. Because we can. Because we have a couple screws loose. Because if not us, who? If not now, when?

WE BELIEVE

In authenticity. In honesty. In humor. In dreaming big and hustling hard. That no dreams are too small and no visions are too big. That anyone can achieve amazing things, right now, where they are, with what they have, if they’re willing to put in the effort. That hustling hard doesn’t mean neglecting every other are of your life. That pursuing a dream is hard but worth it. That pursuing big dreams should be fun. That instagram quotes with large watches and pictures of Leonardo DiCaprio are silly.
