Kenny Dichter

How to Build One Successful Business After Another

This is the first in a new series, Pursuit Profile Episodes, which feature shorter interviews with lesser-known rockstar guests from various industries. First up is serial entrepreneur Kenny Dichter. Kenny Dichter is the Founder and CEO of Wheels Up, the revolutionary new membership-based aviation business that’s seemingly everywhere lately, due to strategic marketing partnerships with members like Serena Williams and Rickie Fowler. Before Wheels Up, Dichter founded Marquis Jet in 2001, which generated over $4 billion in revenue before it was sold to Warren Buffet’s NetJets in 2010. Then Dichter co‐founded an ultra‐premium tequila brand that was sold in 2014 for over $100 million. Dichter is a regular guest on CNBC’s “Squawk Box,” and is sought after by media outlets for his perspectives on the aviation industry, and the luxury goods and luxury services sector.

His first business started in his dorm room in Wisconsin but now he’s disrupting an entire industry from the heart of Times Square in New York City. I met with him there to learn how he built and sold one successful business after another. For more information on Kenny, visit WheelsUp.com
