The work and thoughts of Kelsey Humphreys

Well, I finally got my site refreshed and man, does it feel good. If you are putting off your personal brand, quit it. Those of in the service industry spend so much time focusing on our clients we forget about one of our most important clients of all - our own brand. But I'm getting a head of myself, that is for another post. 

This blog will feature short posts about branding, design, advertising, the perils and joys of being an Art Director at a growing ad agency and navigating the creative leadership landscape. It's a scary place sometimes! So here it is, my new site. I'm not really sure if this is adequate for a first post but hey, it's a first post. It's like the mostly-lettuce salad before the meal comes out. The meal? Posts like: How I Got Promoted, What You Can Learn From Restaurant Brands, Creative Women (interviews, ideas and insights on being female in this biz), Branderventions, and more that are in my brain but not yet on paper screen.
